I REALLY liked the FRIENDLY reception! The staff was very attentive, especially at 1am. I got warm cookies upon arrival, WOW! Kristina in the restaurant gave excellent service and proved VERY professional.
The pool is extra. THIS IS NOT OKAY.

The restaurant service proved quite slow, despite the restaurant not being busy. My basic pasta dish was gloopy, it tasted like it was microwaved. Waiting at reception took a long time because of airline crew. This.

The staff was very helpful upon my arrival. I was offered a room upgrade without me even requesting it. They also allowed an early check-in. The warm cookie on arrival was a special added bonus.
The shuttle to airport was overcrowded, and I waited longer than I expected.

The room was spacious.. I had a Standard Room Two Queen Beds. The king bed was huge. The hotel had drinks in the lounge and dinner in the restaurant. The service resembled that of a five star restaurant.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and the available facilities before my flight. The room included a very powerful shower. I found the service at the restaurant to be excellent. Kristina was very friendly and professional.
The food was overpriced, and it was not of a great standard. The staff in the bar area did not seem friendly. The bathroom lacked cleanliness. Dust and debris were under the sink unit.

Reception staff was friendly at 1am. Kamila from the restaurant provided the best service and was highly recommended. Staff were attentive and helpful during the birthday party, with the manager ensuring a high level of service at all times.

the hotel had a free shuttle bus to the airport. it ran every 15 minutes (very convenient!). the bed was comfy. the shower and amenities were good.
my room was very noisy. i could hear people walking above me. i also heard people in the bathroom, and it woke me at 1 am and 4 am.
