The staff was friendly and professional (i especially appreciated the quick service). the room included the little detailed bits for our dog like food and water bowls. there was also a quiet, dog-friendly area in the foyer suitable for eating meals. It even had dog treats.
the toasters at breakfast seemed to take a long time, causing a bit of a wait.

The team provided superb organization for my event. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff delivered a fantastic night.
The hotel should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room. I had to go to reception to get some. They should improve that . It would be helpful.

The room had good facilities with an iron plus board.
The welcome was nonexistent. I was like I was interrupting the receptionist. Check-in lacked information and when I inquired about breakfast, I was pointed 'over there'. The room had a very low sink. I requested a room swap but was told it was a standard room and nothing could be done. This wasn't true as my colleagues had rooms with normal sinks.

The room was very clean. Reception, gym, and F&B staff were friendly. food was delicious! overall, it was amazing. i had a great night's sleep. the bed was very comfortable and i remembered to turn the aircon on this time! the bathroom was nice, too. It had fluffy towels.
