i found the car park very convenient it was right next to the hotel. shantelle at the front desk provided a lovely greeting and helpful assistance. my room featured modern decor and plenty of space i particularly appreciated the big shelf in the bathroom.
my room was above a nightclub and the noise was very disruptive. the window in the room did not close properly which amplified the noise further. it was difficult to sleep because of the loud music.

a grateful stay!

nice staffmodern decorcomfortable bedterrible tv
the staff at the bar was really nice. i enjoyed the chilled, modern decor, and there were plenty of tvs for watching rugby. our bedroom was beautiful, with lovely colours and a very comfortable bed. i know the hotel well, having stayed there frequently.
the tv reception was terrible. this is probably important for weekend customers, but when traveling for work i do not wish to frequent the bar. i wish the tv reception was better so i could relax more in my room after work.
Dining
9/10
the food was amazing, and the full irish breakfast was huge with good quality ingredients. bar prices seemed very reasonable for a town centre hotel. the continental breakfast offered a fresh selection of items.
Location
10/10
the location is superb, right in the very centre. it's a convenient hotel for commuting by train. i had easy access to various pubs and restaurants. free parking was available .
Facilities

The rooms are excellent, and they are cleaned expertly every day! the bed was comfortable. I had a very quick check-in. they supplied ear plugs because of noise. Ventilation system made a lot of noise.
Service
9/10
the front of house staff were very friendly. all the staff are helpful. i asked twice for a quiet room in message exchanges and i got it. receptionists were great, restaurant staff were amazing.

I really liked my room. It was a Double Room. The location were great, so close to everything! Yes! The staff were amazing polite. They done everything possible to.
I felt the young bar lady was overwhelmed. The young lady closed the bar early. As a result, myself and other patrons were left high n dry. That were not good.

good varietyextreme noisestandard earplugs
The breakfast met my expectations. There was a good variety of options available.
I was excited for a quiet night. sadly, the room was directly above the bar, so sleep? nonexistent until 2 a.m. the noise levels were unbelievable. It seemed like the band was performing in my room. maybe earplugs should be standard issue.
