the room was very large, a definite plus. i found the bar had great music. breakfast was fantastic and i liked the comfortable library.

the suite room i booked mentioned a garden view, however it was more of an overgrown bush, not a great view. i was a bit disappointed since i expected something different based on the pictures.

The staff was nice and friendly. the food was fantastic. the room was lovely. The grounds are gorgeous. i enjoyed the cosy bar and its complimentary bubbles, also the chat about the castle sets you up for a special night.

I booked the suite room with garden view. It wasn't a great view of the garden area. it was more of an overgrown bush!

the hotel has a great location. clifden town is just a short walk to get to town. the grounds are lovely, and the views are amazing. it is a lovely setting.

The meal was excellent with a great choice of good wines. dinner was divine. Tables were decorated by flags representing guest home countries. the food was delicious. It was prepared with high-quality ingredients.
