The breakfast area felt really hectic. Tables was not cleaned quickly enough. The bacon was not good it was soggy. I also noticed the room's ventilation system did not cool enough and it got hot.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is near many attractions and public transport. I appreciated the free cookies in the lobby. They were a nice touch. My room was upgraded to a harbor view room due to my status, a definite plus. The breakfast offered a good selection, especially the a la carte items. I recommend the omelette.

The gym equipment looked slightly outdated.

I enjoyed the central location, easily accessible on a street directly facing the water. The whole street is quiet so a goodnight sleep is possible! The room featured comfortable pillows and a well furnished bed. I also liked the welcome treat with biscuits, croissant, candies, and water.

The hotel restaurant was less than half empty, but no one offered us a seat for over five minutes.
