The location IS convenient. It is close to many attractions.
The room was not properly replenished. I found no tea or coffee cups available. some tv channels did not function properly. This was a frustrating inconvenience.

The location IS good , very central.
The room I booked, an Elegant Essential 140 CM bed, was tiny . I MEAN , I knew it would be small, but this was ridiculous. the noise at night was something else . I could hear everything from the street below. It sounded like a party that I definitely was not invited to.

The location was wonderful. The rooftop bar had amazing views. The breakfast was delicious. (I especially enjoyed the fresh-squeezed orange juice.) The room was large and bright.
I found the experience very expensive. I felt the hospitality and service did not quite match the price. I also noticed a lack of attention to detail.

superb service at this hotel
quality servicefriendly stafffresh juice
the room service occurred twice daily. the staff was friendly and professional. the place was immaculate. olivia at the front desk brought a flower crown for my wife. the cappuccinos were barista-made, and fresh-squeezed orange juice was available at breakfast.
the hotel restaurant was only mediocre, so i suggest eating elsewhere.

the staff provided suggestions for places and restaurants. they arranged transportation and breakfast for my early flight. i felt well cared for , it was great.

breakfast included barista cappuccinos and made-to-order options like eggs benedict. the fresh-squeezed orange juice was refreshing. i recommend trying the sea bass if you dine at the restaurant. it was delicious.
