amazing stay!
central location excellent staff convenient access
I appreciated the central locationjust a short walk from museums, docks, and shops. the street location was convenient, with numerous bars and dining options. the staff was really good, always ready to assist. i especially enjoyed the direct access to the food hall. It was a real treat.

The front desk staff were polite. the room was warm and quiet. security was good. A key was needed to access each floor using the lift.

underwhelming stay
poor attitude non-existent cleaning
The breakfast included homemade pastries. It was a decent start to the day.
The attitude of some staff was poor, disappointing. My room wasn't cleaned properly, even after repeated requests, which i found unacceptable. the lack of attention to detail is not what i expect from a hotel of this supposed standard. it was like they prioritized non-guests over hotel guests. The situation.
