I appreciated the central location, right around the corner from museums, docks, and shops. the street location was convenient, with numerous bars and dining options. the staff was really good, always ready to assist. i especially enjoyed the direct access to the food hall. It was a real treat.

The attitude of some staff was poor, disappointing. My room wasn't cleaned properly, even after repeated requests, which i found unacceptable. the lack of attention to detail is not what i expect from a hotel of this supposed standard. it seemed like they prioritized non-guests over hotel guests. The situation.
