Really good Hotel Experience

The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean , and the bed was comfortable. The location is one street away from the main shopping avenue. Walking straight ahead leads directly to Gamla Stan. I utilized the spa facilities and had a massage. Both were excellent.

The room was warm with no ability to cool or open windows.

I found the location convenient. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were very cute and always ready to help. The room was very clean, and I liked the bathroom with its excellent rain shower.

The air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust, so the room sometimes felt a bit stuffy.

The temperature control in the room was a little tricky. It was hard to adjust it precisely.

the breakfast did have a wide range of dishes, i suppose.

The room's temperature was impossible to control. I woke up feeling like i was in a sauna. there was no coffee or tea offered by the staff, disappointing considering the luxury they advertise, just a nespresso machine. the burger i ordered later was a bizarre culinary experiment with too many flavors and none of them particularly appealing.

I found the beds very comfortable. The bathroom had beautiful decor. The hotel provided easy access to Netflix via the television. Reception and bar staff were friendly. The bar downstairs served delicious cocktails.

the rooms had everything i required and were immaculate and tasteful the fitness suite had adequate equipment for a good workout the location was great with a short walk to the tube station the rooftop bar was cool. the staff were helpful. the hotel decor was luxurious and quaint creating a nice experience.

i noticed the room service charges seemed a little high especially for basic items like extra bottles of water.
