the breakfast had great variety and everything tasted of good quality. staff at reception were very nice and friendly. my room was peaceful and quiet and i slept well. the bed was VERY high but surprisingly comfortable.

the amenities in my room were not great. there are NO drawers at all. there isn't a shelf or cupboard in the bathroom. i expected MORE from a 4 star hotel.

the room lacked sufficient storage. there were no drawers or shelves in the bathroom. we had to keep our belongings in our suitcases. also the room was too hot. the staff did try to find a solution. it was not enough. i was disappointed.

lack of drawerscrowded breakfast

The room lacked proper storage. there wasn't a single drawer available. i had to keep all my belongings in my suitcase, really annoying. also, the breakfast area was too crowded. It was hard to find a table. staff offered me a spot outside, but this was not what i expected. it seemed like the hotel prioritized external guests over those staying there, and this upset me.

small roommissing air conditioning

The room was quite small. The bed, while comfortable, felt a bit too narrow for two people. I missed having air conditioning. A fan helped, but it wasn't the same. Sleeping was not the best because of it. It made the room feel even more cramped
