The location proved ideal. The short walk to the bus stop and the ferry terminal simplified access to the city center. I found the buffet breakfast superb, with its emphasis on organic produce.

mixed experience due to service issues

unpolite attitude slow response

the hotel's location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.

the room lacked proper warmth despite adjusting the settings. i requested blankets, but staff were unhelpful and slow to respond. i found their attitude impolite and inflexible, which negatively impacted my stay. the lack of warmth in the room made for a very uncomfortable night.

uneducated staff slow checking

The hotel has a good location , made it easy to walk to the city center.

The room was not warm enough. Even with the maximum setting, I was cold all night and they didn't have enough blankets. The staff had a bad attitude and checking in took too long. I found them to be inflexible.

homemade granola quiet location

The breakfast included homemade granola and marmalade. I found the location on the island quiet and relaxing (a very welcome change from the city center). The staff was kind.

The room had very limited hanging and drawer space. (It was ok for one person but would have been difficult for two.)

poor soundproofing terrible shower pressure

The location its undeniably pretty but the rooms? they weren't amazing. i booked a 'superior king room', yet the bathroom seemed like an afterthought. it had a strange layout and the shower pressure was terrible, it barely drizzled. plus, the soundproofing was poor. I constantly heard noise from the hallway.

Quiet location, good breakfast

calm spot safe room easy walk

The hotel location was great. It was easy to walk to the city center. The island setting made the hotel a calm spot inside a beautiful city. I found lunch to be gorgeous. The staff helped store my bicycle in a safe room.

The room did not have enough drawer space. It was small and difficult for two people. The sink design caused water to spill easily.
