luggage assistance restrictive spa
I was a little disappointed. the lack of help with luggage upon arrival was noticeable. There are steps to the reception, and i observed many guests struggling. also, the spa opening hours felt restrictive, only opening at 3pm daily, it limited my relaxation time. It was really unusual.

excellent location great restaurant communications heritage unclean sheets limited choices unfriendly staff
the location was excellent. the bar and restaurant were great . the decor echoed the communications heritage of the hotel, which i liked.
i found the sheets weren't clean when i first went to bed. breakfast had limited choices. a lot of the staff was not so friendly during breakfast.

spacious room separate shower
i found the superior double room city view spacious. it featured a comfortable seating area with a sofa and armchairs. i appreciated the provided minibar with a selection of drinks and snacks. the bathroom included a bathtub in addition to a separate shower. i noticed the housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
I thought the gym equipment was slightly outdated. A few machines showed signs of wear.

central location comfortable beds spa access
The location was central (easy access to everything). The room had comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant offered nice services. The spa access was a bonus I used.
I noticed there was no hand soap in the bathroom upon arrival, but I got it from the front desk.

The staff members were happy to help. Breakfast had excellent variety, with many choices available . I had a great time (especially because staff took care of every little thing).

The pool area has a jacuzzi as well. The hotel includes a beautiful lobby, giving a great first impression. There is a spa available , with a pool to enjoy after treatments.

The hotel's location is in the centre of the old town area. It is very central (a great advantage for sightseeing). Despite being in the old town, it remained quiet and peaceful.
