i found the room super clean upon arrival. the location proved convenient with easy access to local attractions. the breakfast buffet included diverse options. the staff were helpful with directions.
the gym was a bit smaller than expected, offering limited equipment.

friendly staff warm atmosphere attention detail easy access
i enjoyed my visit. the staff was friendly. the hotel's atmosphere. i appreciated the attention to detail.
The gym access required a visit to reception for card programming. This caused a slight delay.

adequate stay, but some issues
the location of this hotel is good for walking to many places.
My room was not serviced properly . Bins weren't emptied, and i didn't receive replacement water or enough towels.

cold fries noisy room
i am not happy. The service was generally poor. i ordered a late lunch. it was a salad and a sandwich with fries. it took nearly an hour to arrive and the fries WERE cold. our room was in the attic and VERY NOISY when it rained.

loud noise full power
the breakfast was satisfactory.
The room AC made a VERY loud noise, even when set to 'night' mode. The fan blew at full power. it required a SECOND phone call to reception before someone shut it down. the room became quite hot because the AC was practically turned off.

The hotel's location offered easy access to key attractions. The restaurant and lounge provided a comfortable atmosphere. My room was a Classic Nunne Double Room. The room was quiet.
The hairdryer had only one very hot setting.

The staff demonstrated professionalism. They tried hard to. I observed staff assisting guests with directions and recommendations. The staff members were mostly attentive.

Really good Boutique Experience
easy access modern décor comfortable bed comprehensive breakfast
The location allowed easy access to many sites. Our Classic Nunne Double Room featured modern décor. It also had a particularly comfortable bed. I found the breakfast comprehensive with many choices to suit all tastes.
I noticed the soundproofing between rooms was not perfect. I could faintly hear conversations next door, but this was a minor issue.

The room included modern furnishings and ample space for luggage. There was a well-stocked minibar alongside a modern television with international channels. The bathroom featured quality toiletries and a powerful shower with consistent hot water.
