I found the breakfast room quite noisy. it was being renovated and set up in a temporary area so it seemed like an exhibition hall. the signage to find it was poor. I spent unnecessary time locating the breakfast area.

Marleen at Linutee made excellent cocktails.. Her expertise really enhanced the experience. Kitija at Butcher's Able suggested excellent dishes. The lobby bar was excellent, and the food at the Able Butcher restaurant was great. The hotel's location is excellent. It offers easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel felt a bit overcrowded due to events in town.

Girly and Merly in the Executive Lounge are helpful. They ensure all guests are happy and have everything they need. Argo, the front office manager, demonstrated really good professionalism. His dedication was evident.

The room was spacious and very clean. The acoustical isolation was great. I did not notice any outside noise. Breakfast was excellent and the service was swift. I especially appreciated the high-quality service from all personnel. I found the gym to be well-equipped and easily accessible. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to the center but remains calm. The hotel also provides excellent massage services. The bar in the lobby offers a good selection of drinks.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low.
