great location indoor pool fabulous view

i found the location fabulous the room had a great view high above the rhine river it was magnificent i could access sauna and an indoor pool massages were also available the main dining room and restaurant provided views.

the bar was closed during the weekend the shower did not work properly it made the experience slightly less perfect

the breakfast offered a lovely spread. it featured varied cheeses and yogurts. the dining room space was very pleasant. dinner reservations are recommended.. the room provided fine views of the rhine. it was spacious. breakfast service was great.

the layout of the rooms felt a bit disjointed.

The location provided easy access to the Lorelei. The grounds included a spa with sauna facilities. I found washcloths in the bathroom. a bathtub, great. The hotel breakfast offered fresh scrambled eggs.

The lack of a hotel shuttle from the river ferry was an issue. I had to find alternative transportation to the hotel, a long distance up a steep hill.

i especially appreciated the size of my beautiful double room river view. it was very comfy and large. the personnel was fantastic and very helpful! breakfast included great views.

there was one elderly lady at the reception who welcomed us who was very off putting.

The room in the villa offered very nice rhine views. dinner was amazing with fresh scrambled eggs. The maitre d' was fun. breakfast was also excellent with diverse options served until 11 am. the pool and wellness area were very good.

The elderly lady at the reception wasn't personable when we arrived. It was off putting.
