The room had a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered many choices and they were very delicious. The location is excellent near Ziel Strasse.

There were no slippers in the room.

welcome drink valet parking comfortable bed breakfast selection

the welcome drink upon arrival featured complimentary sparkling wine and juice. i used valet parking, a very nice service. my room provided a good view, and i found the bed comfortable. the breakfast selection included all imaginable options, even frankfurter kranz (a local cake!).

i found that some complimentary amenities expected in a five-star hotel required requests. umbrellas are available for rent, and items such as vanity kits and toothbrushes are provided upon request.

the room was spacious and well-decorated, complete with a comfortable bed. the bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub, offering flexibility . i appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.

Great Hotel Experience

helpful staff excellent spot

The staff was helpful and polite. I received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival as my room wasn't quite ready, very nice. The hotel is located near the historic center and city center. It's an excellent spot. The hotel is also environmentally conscious. Amenities can be requested via phone instead of being pre-stocked in the room.

I noticed the lounge snack options were somewhat limited. More variety here would greatly enhance the experience.

The breakfast lounge was amazing!!! It features great views of the trees and park behind the hotel. The experience led to a great day. Kim was amazing at taking my order and delivering my food for the 1 meal I had in house for dinner.

This hotel is situated very well. It allows walking distance to many places. There is a nice park located behind the hotel. I think it's very convenient, I recommend it.

Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The room also included several plug sockets. The rooms meet normal standards. I'm happy about it and I will stay here again in the future.
