The staff spoke perfect English and took time to explain everything. The Christmas tree in the lobby was fabulous. The location is also perfect, as it is right next to the airport.

I requested water, a duvet, tea, and shower gel several times (but got nothing). I had to contact reception repeatedly. My previous stay was the same. My shower gel was not refilled for a whole week.

the staff spoke perfect english and was very cute. i saw a fabulous christmas tree! the room was excellent, but you can see someone showering if you arent careful.

i wished there were more employees working at checkout. the long line was a bit slow, it only had two employees helping.

I love the location it is just a quick walk to the terminals. The convenience is amazing! the hotel lobby has a super inviting atmosphere and it feels very modern and clean. I saw the staff always being helpful. breakfast had a huge variety. It suited all dietary needs, which i think is important.

The room temperature was a bit too high upon arrival. I had to adjust it to get it comfortable though after that it was fine.
