I struggled to connect in my room. the restaurant menu was also a little underwhelming. it advertised haute cuisine online, but the actual offerings felt more like standard pub fare. had there been other dining options nearby, i might have considered canceling my dinner reservation. this lack of transparency was a bit disappointing, weak wi-fi

the staff were friendly and paid attention to detail. my dog was accommodated well. the room was large and had lots of light with beautiful views. it was a relaxing short break.

i found no air conditioning or fans, even though i stayed during the summer. the rooms are not suitable for summer stays for families or pets. safety regulations meant i couldn't open windows in my room.
