the location provided easy access from the airport. the room was modern, very very comfy and tidy. they stored our luggage after check out, which i found helpful. umbrellas were available to borrow from reception.

the room i was assigned had no bathtub, though this was advertised. the receptionist seemed to take offense at the remark. she offered no solution and did not apologize for the mistake.

the employees at the reception desk displayed diligence and responsibility, i felt. the housekeepers showed tolerance and understanding to all guests. the breakfast cooks also seemed very kind and pleasant.

Breakfast included a very good selection. the choices are plentiful. the cooks provided a good variety. i thought the dining area was kept very clean. The breakfast was in a dark café, next to the hotel though.

The hotel's central location was a great feature I greatly appreciated. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices and fresh ingredients. The staff provided helpful service when I needed assistance with directions and local recommendations. I was pleased to find toiletries and fresh towels in my room upon arrival.

I am charmed by the spacious room I had. The location was also pretty central. Breakfast had great variety and it was very tasty.
