limited gym disappointing facilities

The location was acceptable.

I was unpleasantly surprised that the gym was very limited. It has two treadmills and few weights. The yoga mat barely fit the available space. I chose this hotel for gym facilities and I found it disappointing.

efficient service central location convenient facilities

the airport pick-up service was efficient. it was easily rearranged when my flight was delayed (i really appreciated this). the location was central, a short walk to attractions. i found the tea and coffee making facilities convenient in my room.

the pillows were not as soft as i prefer.

The airport pick-up i booked faced a last-minute change due to a missed flight connection. i contacted the hotel, and they sorted it out without any issues. The driver waited for me. the location was quite central. A short walk led to notable places. the staff were polite, providing useful local information.

the location was acceptable , and the staff were professional.

the air conditioning was switched off , and i was told it could not be turned on despite the warm temperatures. underfloor heating made the room stuffy and i was advised to open the windows. this meant i could clearly hear activities in other rooms , especially at night.

the location is unbeatable near dome square it is super convenient. my room a junior suite king sauna access had generous space a couch a table side tables a desk with a chair a dresser with a tv a king bed with side tables and a walk in closet. the bathroom had both a tub and a shower i felt right at home.

i liked my beautiful room sauna access. the bed was firm, and i got good sleep. the bathroom had two sinks, so my wife enjoyed. the breakfast had fresh fruit and pastries.

i found the air conditioning did not work well. it made the room stuffy.
