The opera view from my room was beautiful. The complimentary spa facilities became a daily ritual. The staff was ALWAYS helpful and ensured a comfortable stay.

I experienced an issue with the room temperature. I found it difficult to adjust it to my preference.

This Hotel is near many of the main tourist sites, it has an ideal central location , made exploring the city very easy for me. It is convenient to reach key landmarks from the hotel. Public transportation is also very close.

my beautiful room King included a spacious layout, a very big comfortable bed and lots of natural light. The bathroom had two separate sinks, this made getting ready in the morning easier. The room was very clean and well maintained.

the room was spacious and elegant. service occurred twice a day, which i found very convenient. the bed was comfortable. the minibar looked great and the furniture felt high-end. i felt a sense of calm despite other guests being on the floor. the halls and corridors were large.

the front desk lady seemed to not offer welcome drinks to everyone checking in, as some people were and some weren't.

i enjoyed my stay. a welcome drink of prosecco was offered upon arrival. the buttons for light modes and privacy were a nice modern touch. housekeeping provided an evening service, tidying the room and replacing towels. they placed slippers on silk sheets by the bed and left an inspirational quote.

i found some staff at reception not very friendly, especially the spa attendant.
