The front office team provided great support from check-in to check-out. The front office manager was very friendly. The hotel is very clean. It feels like home. The customer service helped me with everything I needed to know.

The cleaning was not good. Sometimes the room was not cleaned at all. Toothpaste and toothbrushes were only available upon request, despite the hotel's rating. Hand towels also required a request. The breakfast did not match expectations for a hotel of this level.

my stay had some downsides the first room i got had a view i didn't expect it faced a courtyard instead of the water i hoped for. after some discussion i was moved to another room it was better but still not great.

I was frustrated by the constant noise. The hotel hosted events with music until late at night. the loud bass vibrated through the room. also, the sound isolation between the event space and rooms is nonexistent.
