Really good Service and Cleanliness

friendly manager really good cleanliness helpful staff

The front office team provided great support from check-in to check-out. The front office manager was very friendly. The hotel is very clean. It feels like home. The customer service helped me with everything I needed to know.

poor cleaning missing toiletries

The cleaning was not good. Sometimes the room was not cleaned at all. Toothpaste and toothbrushes were only available upon request, despite the hotel's rating. Hand towels also required a request. The breakfast did not match expectations for a hotel of this level.

unexpected view noise insulation

my stay had some downsides the first room i got had a view i didn't expect it faced a courtyard instead of the water i hoped for. after some discussion i was moved to another room it was better but still not great.

the restaurant food was acceptable.

I was frustrated by the constant noise. The hotel hosted events with music until late at night. the loud bass vibrated through the room. also, the sound isolation between the event space and rooms is nonexistent.

easy access simple access helpful staff central access worst stay wedding view room issues

i found the location gave simple access to transport. central access made exploring the area easier. the staff was helpful ALWAYS!

i reserved a 'bosphorus view' room, but upon arrival i got a room that had a view of someone's wedding. i encountered some issues with the room too.

spacious room clean room friendly staff lacking sound insulation inconsistent air conditioning slow elevators

the room was quite spacious and clean. the staff was friendly. the hotel's location made it easy to get around. the breakfast options had variety.

i found the sound insulation lacking, especially during events. there was noise from outside that disrupted sleep. the air conditioning was not consistent, sometimes failing to cool the room adequately. the elevators seemed slow at times.
