the staff were very helpful . i appreciated the quick assistance i received. i also found the breakfast varied and quite tasteful (especially the fresh fruit options!). the hotel's location near attractions made sightseeing easy.

the in-room hairdryer was not working efficiently, causing a minor inconvenience.

malfunctioning air conditioning limited breakfast options

the LOCATION proved acceptable for SOME sightseeing.

the AIR conditioning system did NOT function properly, even after i reported it to the RECEPTION. the room remained stuffy during the entire THREE-night stay. BREAKFAST options seemed limited, and the quality WASN'T really what i expect at this hotel.

okay, so the room i had? it was supposed to have this amazing city view. real charming. plus, they said it was five star, but it felt more like a slightly sad airport hotel. and the breakfast? lets just say i've had better coffee at gas stations.

convenient location super clean room

The location was convenient to several key attractions. It saved travel time. my room faced the hagia sophia. I considered it a treat. I even got transportation to a restaurant I desired. It was very thoughtful, room was impeccably clean.
