attentive staff warm atmosphere comfortable room difficult access repetitive breakfast dark room

the staff was attentive. i felt so cared for at every moment.. the reception area had such a warm and cute atmosphere. the desk greeted me with a gentle smile. the family room was comfortable with spacious beds that ensured a restful sleep.

the location of the hotel presented a bit of a challenge. taxis found it difficult to access the street because it was so busy. it also sat on a hill, so walking was quite frequent.. the breakfast choices remained the same during my five days here. i thought some of the items were a bit too salty. some of the rooms felt rather dark, with views only of a wall.

The sauna remained unstaffed one evening so I could not book treatments. My room did not have a bathrobe. I also thought there could have been more than four hangers in the small wardrobe, a crucial amenity for a multi-night stay.

The staff were helpful! I had access to a good breakfast selection served in the rooftop restaurant. The pool, sauna, turkish bath, and steam facilities are GORGEOUS. The location is within walking distance to major attractions.

panoramic view comfortable bed

the breakfast room had A panoramic view. staff were lovely and very obliging. The bed was very comfortable and the tv in the room had netflix.

the location of the hotel is a bit difficult to access by taxis because it is a busy street.
