The location was pretty central. It made getting to restaurants relatively easy.

the staff DIDN'T seem very helpful when i needed assistance. the tv in the living room also didn't work properly. it was quite frustrating trying to get anything resolved with them.

the apartment was really clean. The staff was very friendly, and i got an early check in, it was because of my flight schedule. it was REALLY appreciated.

the washing machine worked, but the dryer seemed unable to dry clothes properly. we had to hang our clothes around the room to dry them. it was quite inconvenient.

The apartment had new furniture. I found the location very convenient with its proximity to taksim street. The staff were always smiling and eager to help with any requests. Erdi and ahmet provided great customer service and were super accommodating.

The dryer in the washing machine did not dry clothes properly. I had to hang items to dry.
