the hotel was clean and well kept. gurkan at reception was very helpful and went out of his way to. i appreciated the efficient check-in process i experienced upon arrival. the staff were friendly and provided quick assistance with all my requests.

The gym equipment was limited. More machines would enhance the fitness area.

The staff, including Rim, were very helpful. The room included a nice sea view from its balcony. There was also parking available at the hotel, and I found this to be convenient.

The restaurant service was not attentive. I waited a long time for the menu. The breakfast I ordered to my room was incomplete. I even saw the price tag still stuck to the sliced apple.

Really good Service and Modern Design

My check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to Gurkan. Shortly after, Rasul gave me a detailed tour of the hotel facilities. His hospitality and attention to detail.

The food quality in the restaurant was disappointing. I found the pasta to be lacking salt and taste. It's a shame that the food impacts the impression of the amazing hotel and staff.

The hotel is situated on the European side. It is convenient to use Uber for transportation to the main parts of the city, as it tends to be more economical than taxis, according to my experience (based on average price).

the room was clean and orderly.

the air conditioning did not work. i asked for it to be fixed, but nothing happened. the staff said they do not use air conditioning in april since it is winter and i should open the window, however the room faced a noisy street. the noise did not allow me to sleep well.
