The hotel was new and clean. I found the location great, close to many attractions and the tram.

I had issues with the reception and administrative staff. Guests who check in at night may get the least desirable rooms. I was promised a room change the next morning but this never happened. It seems the hotel is indifferent to the guest experience, especially for those who book through third-party platforms like Expedia.

I was a bit disappointed with breakfast! The area was rather small. There were not many options available for those with dietary restrictions. Such as gluten intolerance. The staff did not seem very proactive in refilling items when they ran low.
