The hotel room included a very comfortable bed and soft pillows. The breakfast included many choices. The personnel was great both in reception and Spa. I was able to check in earlier and could use the spa before check-in.

The location is fantastic, right by a lovely park. the breakfast had many options. I especially loved the fresh pastries and fruit selection. but the coffee could have been stronger! the spa offered a big pool and several saunas. It was so relaxing.

i found the room lacked some small amenities like a shoehorn.

The hotel design is really good , and the staff are consistently friendly. Breakfast offers many options , including non-dairy milk and syrups. I also liked the setup for encouraging guests to opt out of room cleaning in exchange for minibar credit.

The spa area is very small , and there is not a quiet place to stay and enjoy a book in-between treatments.

Reception staff were always friendly and ready with recommendations for restaurants and advice about using the Bolt app. I received a complimentary bottle of cava on my birthday , a pleasant surprise. The staff were cute at both the reception and during breakfast.
