wrinkled bathrobesmelly basement

the bathrobe situation was a mess. i asked for bathrobes since the pool was included, but the receptionist told me to pick them up myself. they looked wrinkled, like they were pulled from a laundry pile. then, i get charged for those wrinkled robes at checkout. the breakfast was in a smelly basement with no windows. the coffee tasted awful.

Really good Stay Experience

A single room on the 5th floor was perfect for my added days at the end of my stay. Reception staff offered ice packs upon my return from physio, which I found helpful.

The downstairs breakfast area presented some difficulty post-surgery. Though the breakfast was excellent, its location wasn't ideal.

The hotel is situated perfectly. It is right on the pedestrian walk in the center, surrounded by restaurants, art, and historic buildings and it's close to the main street for easy access to local attractions.

My room included practical amenities and was well-kept. There was a comfortable bed with quality linens and the room size allowed for easy movement and relaxation though there was no tea or coffee in the room.

The staff offered excellent service. Reception staff printed out an email for me when the communal business computer wasn't working. Reception staff demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction, providing assistance beyond standard expectations and I remember a staff member named Inga.
