excellent location complimentary toiletries clean rooms underfloor heating
the hotel was excellently located for exploration. our room had complimentary toiletries plus tea and coffee, a nice touch. the hotel and rooms were kept very clean. i appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom (it made mornings much more pleasant).
I found the air conditioning to be a bit ineffective. It could have been stronger.

the room was everything was super clean. the bed was comfortable with optimal sound-proofing. customer service was also great, i must add.
the air conditioning in my room didn't really work. it made a dreadful noise too. the tram runs all night so it made the bedroom shake.

i found the staff friendly, they offered assistance with local attractions. my room was very clean and the attention to detail was evident, i loved the comfy bed. breakfast included a good range of delicious food, i wanted nothing more. the hotel's central location made exploring the city very easy.
the noise from trams passing by could be noticeable, it was a slight disturbance at times.

the location proved excellent, with key attractions within a short walk. i also found the bus connection from the airport quite convenient. the breakfast offered a plentiful selection, satisfying my morning appetite. i must say the staff's friendliness really enhanced my experience there.
i noticed some street noise at certain times, though it did not particularly bother me.
