Really good Stay with Great Facilities

The breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of foods. I appreciated the modern complex and its excellent facilities like Spa treatments. A nearby playground made it convenient for families.

I noticed shower head water streamed in different directions, possibly from clogging.

Every single employee greets you with a smile making you feel welcome. The staff were polite and friendly, always ready to assist. Upon arrival I even got a vitamin D gift. It was a very nice surprise.

The hotel has everything needed in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre. Deckchairs are outside, a pond is nearby and it is a short walk from city centre.

I was initially pleased with the spa access included with the room. The room itself was not great though. It was quite small and lacked basic amenities I expect. There were no cups provided, and the tea and coffee facilities were limited. I also found the wardrobe to be very tiny, offering little space for my belongings. The room was a superior double or twin room with spa access, and it was quite spacious. The bathroom had two sinks , made getting ready easier. I liked the rainfall shower, and the water pressure was consistently good. The bed was firm, WHICH I appreciated.

The gym only had a few pieces of equipment , and some were out of order.
