the staff was helpful, always available when i needed assistance. i found the bathroom to be well-equipped with all necessary amenities. the room was quiet, even with its street-side location.

My room was smaller than advertised, a noticeable difference from what i expected. the breakfast service was inconsistent. Some items were frequently missing. the internet connection was spotty at times, a small frustration.

ineffective curtains motion sensor

I found several aspects frustrating. the 'black out' curtains were far from effective, i experienced considerable light intrusion. the motion sensor bathroom light was a nightmare. It kept switching off during my shower. despite the hotel being aware, they haven't installed a simple light switch, a major oversight.

Mixed Feelings About This Place

motion sensor light cleaning service

The location proved acceptable for getting around.

I found several issues . The black-out curtains in the room did little to block out the morning light. The motion sensor light in the bathroom turned off repeatedly while showering. the cleaning service opened my door without knocking at 8:55 am.

friendly staff spacious room really good breakfast

The location is AMAZING! The staff was super friendly. My room included a massive bed. It was very spacious. Breakfast was also fantastic!!!

The room I stayed in was a bit small.
