fine interior helpful staff quality food

The interiors are fine and the location is great. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast had plenty of quality food options. I found the in-room gym equipment particularly useful for quick workouts.

I found that the room i stayed in was not as soundproof as described. Noise from outside and other guests sometimes disrupted my sleep.

The hotel featured a well-equipped gym with resistance strings, and a roll. The sauna access provided additional relaxation options , I found it to be clean and well-kept, and added value to the stay.

the staff was helpful and addressed my requests quickly the room had a lovely view of the panorama. breakfast offered a large choice of food and drinks. i also appreciated a la carte options.

small area unattentive service

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes. It really catered to everyone.

The sauna and spa area needed improvements. The hammam wasn't warm at all. The area is small. It only has one shower and few lounge chairs. There is no swimming pool. The selection of refreshments was limited compared to other spas. I thought the bar service was unattentive, considering the hotel's rating.
