attentive staff fresh food magical atmosphere

the hotel staff was attentive during my entire stay i received a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival the breakfast selection featured many fresh food options i especially liked the variety of choices available each morning the christmas decorations throughout the hotel were beautiful creating a magical atmosphere

the air conditioning unit in my room made some noise even when it was turned off

the location was acceptable. It was very close to many attractions.

The spa was not good at all. It was dirty, and it smelled like a public toilet, seriously. I did add pictures and videos online. It was a traumatizing spa experience. the air conditioning made very annoying noises even when switched off. Old ACs seem to be the issue.

authentic interiors spacious room comfortable bedding

the staff showed genuine motivation to ensure my stay went smoothly. they provided everything I needed without delay. the room had super space. the beds and bedding were super comfortable. i slipped into sleep immediately.

I found the elevator moved a bit slower than i expected. Pressing the button longer helped though.

dishonest employees average breakfast

the location was acceptable it allowed for convenient access to nearby attractions.

The air conditioning made annoying noises, even when it was switched off. This was a structural issue due to the age of the units i learned from a technician. i found employees were dishonest, offering excuses for everything, and i felt they tried to deceive me about room availability. the breakfast was average compared to other hotels in the baltics.
