I found the breakfast really good and varied. I liked the herring and local cheese selections. the location is great, with easy access to the main attractions. the hotel's recent refurbishment gave it a fresh feel, setting it apart from other places i've stayed.

The street-facing rooms have thin windows. There was noticeable street noise which was slightly annoying.

the room was spacious cozy and clean i found a kettle for making tea and coffee there were great amenities in the bathroom the hotel has a great location in city center even with a connected door to another room my room remained quiet

the front desk seemed a bit cold it lacked a warm welcome upon arrival

i found the noise insulation inadequate. street noise was noticeable even on a higher floor making sleep difficult. the air conditioning system also proved problematic as i couldn't adjust it to a comfortable temperature.

The location was superb. Many key attractions were close. i found polite, helpful staff who were ready to assist. they also allowed me to store my luggage on check out day, so convenient. the room itself was clean and cozy (i really appreciated that).

a small thing, but the reception being on the second floor was a little confusing when i first arrived.
