amazing stay, totally recommend!
friendly staff complimentary drink amazing breakfast
the staff at the canny man's pub were so friendly. they welcomed us with a complimentary drink. breakfast was amazing. I loved every moment.
The tv didn't work properly. the pillows were cheap. i think the carpet needs replacing. It's not great.

The hotel is very close to the bus station, and it includes a pub. the area where the hotel is located is quiet and easily accessible. I had no issues at all.

The staff offered me a complimentary drink at the canny man's upon my arrival. the staff provided excellent service and was always available to help me with any questions. They are so nice. i appreciate them.

the room had a large bathroom with both a shower and a large bathtub. the room was super clean, clean, and each room is a different suite, so nice. i loved how spacious and comfortable my room was.

unstocked minibar missing remote
the room was clean and the bed was quite acceptable..
I found several issues . the minibar was not stocked at all. the television remote was missing, causing inconvenience. the bathroom lacked basic toiletries. Only a single small soap was provided, insufficient for my needs.

uncomfortable mattress no fridge
the room was beautifully decorated exceeding my expectations upon arrival.
the mattress proved uncomfortable causing restless nights and i found no fridge available within the room for cooling water.

superb experience!
dark room netflix access powerful shower
I loved how dark the room was with the curtains closed. it blocked out all the light. the tv with netflix was a great bonus for a cozy night in. the shower had fantastic power. It was easy to get the perfect temperature!

decorated room spacious bathroom helpful device uncomfortable mattress thin pillow room stain
the room was well decorated and spacious. it was also well lit. there was a sizeable bathroom with a sufficient number of hangers. i found helpful devices such as a fan, iron and a flat screen tv.
the mattress was really uncomfortable. the pillows were thin and did not provide any support. the room was spacious but it did not seem that clean. stains were present on the floor, walls, and lampshades.
