no ventilation broken air conditioning
The location was easy to find and check-in went smoothly.
The bathroom lacked proper ventilation and smelled unpleasant. It needed attention. The air conditioning in the room did not seem to function, and there were no instructions available to operate it, frustrating. The price felt too high considering these issues I faced.

bath mould loose holder
i found some mould around the bath. the toilet roll holder was also loose. it wasn't a smart tv, disappointing. these issues affected my overall stay a little. it wasn't up to the standard i expected for a hotel.

The staff were helpful. They gave all information about local transport options. The room was clean. The quick check-in process was appreciated.
The food in the bar wasn't great. It was not as listed on the menu. My carrots were raw and not edible. the manager did not charge for the poor main.
