Really good Cleanliness and Great Amenities

great sizeclean lodgeresident complaint
The lodge was a great size. It was clean. Two kids parks and a grass area allowed kids to play football. The site is well kept.
I received complaints from residents, they said we used the hot tub until midnight, untrue. This made it hard to relax fully.
Service

Reception was helpful when I needed oxygen delivered. The receptionist was great. They made the delivery smooth. The staff are lovely.
Rooms
10/10
The lodge looked brand new. It included a hot tub (a real treat, by the way). A blanket was provided for my dogs. The accommodation was super clean.
Dining
8/10
I didn't have any meals at the accommodation (I cooked myself). There are many restaurants nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped.

clean chaletmaintained parkgood layout
the chalet was very clean. it had everything i needed for my stay. the park was maintained well and it was laid out well too.
i found a slight issue with the hot tub late-night policy, residents complained about noise at midnight when we were not even in it, it made it a bit hard to relax properly.
