mixed feelings on the stay

spa access worn mattress pad
the rooms provided acceptable space.
I found the lack of clear information regarding spa access frustrating. It seemed one must purchase an expensive treatment to use it. the bed was disappointing. It consisted of two single beds pushed together, topped with a worn mattress pad that created a noticeable dip in the middle.

Amazing Suite and Stellar Service!

large room modern bathroom early breakfast central location
I had such a blast! The room I stayed in was massive, and the bathroom was super modern. I loved that the staff whipped up an early breakfast for me when I checked out. It was excellent value for money. The location was really convenient, right in the heart of everything!
The bed had two mattresses, and I noticed a slight dip in the middle where they joined. It was only a minor thing though.

The hotel is right in the center. It's close to various pubs and restaurants, offering convenient access. Parking is available nearby.

The wellness centre offered a private experience. The facilities were very clean. I did notice the steam room was temporarily out of service. I really enjoyed my time and it was nice and quiet.

great location friendly staff amazing breakfast broken spa terrible smell missing kettle
the location was GREAT. the staff was very friendly. breakfast was amazing..
the spa was broken.. that SUCKED. the steam room smelt terrible and had no steam. the room had no kettle to make your own hot drinks
