The location proved very convenient. I found a great variety of restaurants close by (a definite plus). The breakfast offered a really high standard of food quality. I found the beds to be the most comfortable i have ever slept on.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning operation seemed limited to certain times of the year. The room became too hot. This impacted my sleep. My son ended up sleeping on the floor (it was cooler there). It was a challenging few nights.

The location was convenient. many attractions were within walking distance. the breakfast was varied. I liked the fresh juice options (especially the orange juice!). the staff was friendly and helpful.

my room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning was not functioning properly. technicians brought a portable heater (it was quite noisy).

the hotel's location was amazing. it was convenient to have the zoo and aquarium so close (the kids loved it!). food and shopping being next door made everything easy. i really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms .

i noticed that not all of the room's amenities matched the detailed descriptions i had seen. it was a bit disappointing to find some items missing.
