helpful staff premium upgrade excellent location dirty carpet small bathroom shampoo refill

the staff was friendly and helpful. they gave an upgrade to business premium. the location near zoologischer garten is excellent. there is plenty to do nearby.

i found the room had carpet and it wasn't too clean. the bathroom was small and they did not refill either the shampoo or the body cream. i had asked for it.

convenient location high standard comfortable beds limited air conditioning hot room impacted sleep

The location proved very convenient. I found a great variety of restaurants close by (a definite plus). The breakfast offered a really high standard of food quality. I found the beds to be the most comfortable i have ever slept on.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning operation seemed limited to certain times of the year. The room became too hot. This impacted my sleep. My son ended up sleeping on the floor (it was cooler there). It was a challenging few nights.

amazing location close proximity comfortable rooms

the hotel's location was amazing. it was convenient to have the zoo and aquarium so close (the kids loved it!). food and shopping being next door made everything easy. i really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms .

i noticed that not all of the room's amenities matched the detailed descriptions i had seen. it was a bit disappointing to find some items missing.
