the location is convenient for shopping. the staff handled my special requests and prepared a nice birthday table during breakfast. the sauna, swimming pool, and fitness facilities were all in good condition.
the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. i only received one water bottle for two people during a two-day stay. the bathroom soap dispenser was empty upon my arrival.

I found a couple of things disappointing. first, the thermostat in my room didn't work properly. It just kept blowing hot air. i reported it to reception, they said they'd call maintenance, but nothing changed. also, there was no phone in the room, so i had to physically go down to reception for any issues, it was quite inconvenient.

the staff were friendly and helpful, attending to requests with efficiency. the swimming pool was a highlight for me. the breakfast was delicious and provided a wide variety.
i found the bath towels were the smallest and thinnest i have seen at a hotel. there were no drawers in the room, just a wardrobe. the air conditioning was quite noisy.
