The cleanliness was really good, super clean in every corner. the room design was beautiful. Modern and well-organized. i really got design inspiration, i loved it so much! the bathroom was pristine. it was fully updated, i reminded me of i was in a high-end spa.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to both U-bahn and S-bahn stations. Some staff members were especially polite and helpful (a late-shift receptionist, for example). Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that suited all tastes. The spacious rooms provided good views of the surrounding area.

The cleanliness in the bathroom was not at the level i would expect.

The location was central. i found taxis readily available right at the front. the bar provided a nice atmosphere. The bartenders were friendly. i enjoyed the convenience of these amenities.

the reception staff informed us about ac temperature restrictions due to regulations. this limited my control over the in-room climate. after complaining, i expected a room upgrade, but it was the same category. the lack of resolution was disappointing.
