stylish stay

sauna area rich breakfast

i enjoyed the sauna and relaxation area. the breakfast impressed me with its richness. staff provided amazing service, they are friendly and helpful.

the cocktail menu did not satisfy me. it featured over complicated versions, their taste was not right for me.

the location offers easy access to central areas. a ten minute ride takes you to alexanderplatz. several shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. a tram stop is also very close.

the rooms featured super comfortable beds. bathrooms were spacious, with great lightning, toiletries, and showers. Water and coffee were always supplied in my room throughout my stay.

the hotel had a gym. the sauna offers views, that are nice. there also IS a relaxation space that i used. the breakfast areas interior looks great.

The location was great because it was near a tram stop making it easy to get around. breakfast had buffet options and was of high quality. robes and slippers were available. This made access to the spa area very easy. the bathroom had a fabulous shower.

the restaurant has a very beautiful interior design. breakfast included great buffet options. the hotel bar seemed great, though i did not use it. overall, dining facilities were well-kept.

The room had mirrors and colors, and green stone in the bathroom. i got good quality bed sheets and towels. the room itself was spacious enough. I did not hear other guests much. the bed was also comfortable.

there is a sauna and a wellness area with city views. i also saw a gym that had equipment. the hotel space has an open concept and connects original buildings. it was quiet, so i slept great.

unprofessional staff broken elevator

the beautiful king room was spacious.

I was shocked by the front desk staff's lack of professionalism. i had to correct them to ensure my guaranteed late check-out was honored. They initially wanted to charge me extra. the elevator to the sauna was broken. Guests had to walk up many flights of stairs. i probably will not return.
