Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views

comfortable bedspacious wet roomservice card
My room provided an amazing view of the beach and bay. I appreciated going to sleep with the calming sounds of the waves. I saw dolphins swimming in the bay while dining on the terrace one evening! The bed was large and very comfortable. The wet room was spacious too.
The room service options were limited. My service card was removed after a single request and never returned, inconvenient.

free parkingpoor customer serviceempty place
The breakfast was what I expect from a hotel. Free parking existed, though it was in the National Trust car park.
Customer service needed some serious work. Some senior staff told us twice we couldn't sit at our table. They claimed tables booked at 5:30 PM. This made little sense since the place looked half empty, and it all felt rather unwelcoming.

The hotel offered free parking in a nearby National Trust car park, and it was just a short walk away. Breakfast was cooked to order and tasted delicious. The hotel bar stocked a good selection of beers including alcohol-free options.
The room service was limited. I wanted to order more, but the card was removed after the first request and not replaced.
