faulty air conditioningunfriendly staff

The air conditioning didn't work properly. It kept blasting cold air. i couldn't adjust it and couldn't even open a window. the staff were also unfriendly, seeming uninterested in resolving the issue! no bowls or cutlery were in the kitchen. Just a microwave. i needed to buy disposable items.

Convenient Location with Excellent Amenities

I found the room spacious and quite comfortable. Breakfast provided enough choices to satisfy various tastes. The provided bus tickets offered free transport . This removed the need to pay for rides from the airport to the hotel and back. Bus number 10 runs directly from the airport exit to the Balexert Mall across from the hotel.

The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. I found the room a bit too cold, and opening windows wasn't possible.

charming stay near the airport

the hotel had a very convenient location near the airport. the shopping mall across the street, was perfect. public transport to the city center, was easily accessible too. the room included a little fridge which was perfect for our needs. the separate toilet, bath, and shower, was also a great bonus for our family.

my only issue was the absence of luggage service upon arrival. no one was available to help with our bags.

The kitchen staff annoyed me. i asked for plain yogurt one morning and the lady brought it. the next day another lady said they dont offer it. this was for my baby. the breakfast had little options. also, the parking situation sucked. You can only enter the garage with a small car, and i had to park outside with my rooftop cargo box. it was just frustrating.
