huge variety locker concept attentive staff

I found the breakfast superb with a huge variety of choices and great service. the locker concept in the ski room is fantastic. It was so useful to change and store equipment. the staff were so good. They were attentive and friendly.

excellent facilities free entertainment perfect cleanliness friendly staff

i loved that the hotel provides excellent facilities! there's entertainment specifically for kids, i saw table tennis, karaoke, and video games all free. the hotel maintains perfect cleanliness. the staff is super friendly! i found this stay enjoyable.

the room temperature was a bit too high for my liking, around 23 degrees! unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working at the time.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Celine from reception displayed great professionalism and personal charm. the team made great efforts to move us to a larger room, this was greatly appreciated. they really care about your stay here.

the hotel lobby includes complimentary water, soda, and a hot drinks machine available 24/7! dried fruits and marshmallows are available too. the on-site ski rental shop offered the same prices as the entire resort! the hotel boasts a lounge with a fireplace.

Funky Decor and Great Amenities

The hotel's funky decor created a fun atmosphere. I enjoyed free snacks one Saturday afternoon. The room setup worked very well for both adults and children. I found the buffet dinner amazing. There was a great variety of choices.

The temperature in my room was too high. The air conditioning did not seem to be working. I had to open the door to try to cool the room down to sleep.

The location allows convenient access to lifts. It is a short walk away. Nearby, I saw several shops and restaurants. The hotel had its own ski hire shop making equipment rental easy.

The location proved convenient, just a quick walk to lifts. i found the buffet restaurant quite good, and breakfast choices were plentiful, it surprised me. the hotel bar had a good vibe with a good selection of drinks. I was charmed by the variety.

the hotel is near two lifts which go up to flaine foret. it's approximately five minutes to the slopes, so access was easy. the location made getting around convenient.

ski lockers were included for storing equipment. i found a ski shop located directly in the hotel, this made renting kit very easy. the spa was a great plus after a long day on the slopes.
