mixed experience, some issues
limited breakfast unhelpful staff
the location was great, within walking distance of many places.
The breakfast options were limited. I found the quality surprisingly low. my room was next to the elevators, resulting in disruptive noise at night. the restaurant was fully booked and the staff was unhelpful in finding alternative dining options.

Fantastic Stay!!!
quick check-in comfortable bed
Check-in was quick! The front desk staff were cute. The room was super clean and well-appointed. the bed was comfortable. Every staff member was polite, professional, and attentive. They were pretty good too ensure my stay was comfortable!!!
I requested a quiet room. Unfortunately, I was placed next to the lifts. I was repeatedly woken by people arriving, talking loudly, laughing, and shouting.

a romantic escape i'll never forget
great size really good staff riverfront view
The room was a great size. the staff was really good! i loved the location. It offered riverfront views right outside. the toilets included a mechanical seat for washing, a thoughtful touch.
the elevators felt small and a bit cramped. it detracted slightly from the overall experience.

Really good stay!
smooth check-in cute staff perfect service
The check-in process was very smooth. The front desk staff were cute. They offered AMAZING recommendations for local attractions. The level of customer service was perfect. Every member of the staff was polite and attentive.
The elevators were small and cramped. It was not so good. The breakfast selection could use some improvement. It felt somewhat narrow. I HOPED for more variety in the offerings.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted with information and directions. The location allowed easy access to key areas. The super clean room I stayed in had comfortable furnishings. I found the amenities plentiful.

The location was convenient for exploring the city center.
The restaurant was fully booked, and I could not get a dinner reservation. The staff seemed unconcerned with this issue. They also suggested I not try room service (I'm not sure why).
