the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle that goes to the airport every twenty minutes, that is great! the schedule at geneva airport stated "upon request". i booked a return shuttle and specified my preferred time during check-in. there is a nice café in the lobby.
The tv in my room was set at an odd angle. This made it difficult to watch comfortably. it was a little inconvenient.

i found the employees friendly and very cute and samy at the reception was very attentive, he recognized regular guests. he arranged a late check-out without hesitation. that's very kind.

the room was uncomfortably cold. even with the ac on warm, it did little to actually heat the room. i found it hard to sleep because of that.

My room was not exactly super clean. I found the general cleanliness questionable. The breakfast area felt cramped , , made mornings a bit stressful. I also noticed some noise from nearby equipment , a constant hum that was hard to ignore at night.

i stayed here because the hotel is near the airport and i had an early flight. i appreciated the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport running approximately every 20 minutes.
the cleanliness in the bar was not good i saw food crumbs everywhere and the chairs had crumbs. the carpeting in the hallways looked quite old.
