charming garden view
clean space modern design
i found the garden room quite pretty. it had a clean space with a fabulous patio. the bathroom also impressed me (i appreciated its modern design).

lack of air conditioning early room service
the room was clean when i arrived after a long day.
the lack of air conditioning was a big issue. it was REALLY warm, and they only had a small fan. also, room service stopped too early at 10pm so i couldnt get food.

The room was small. The stained carpets were not nice at all. The awful loo roll was also a big disappointment.

Good Stay Near the Castle
charming courtyard spacious room attentive staff
the location proved ideal i found it easy to walk to local attractions there was also a charming courtyard that added to the appeal. the room i occupied was spacious i appreciated the well stocked bathroom with quality supplies. the staff were attentive i found them consistently friendly and helpful .
i noticed the hotel lacked air conditioning this was a significant issue during warmer weather. a fan was provided i felt it insufficient to maintain a comfortable room temperature. this impacted my overall experience.

breakfast included a wide selection the pastries were fresh and tasty and the coffee was strong. i noticed several options for dietary restrictions and staff members easily accommodated requests. i found the dining area clean and orderly.

the hotel is close to the city centre with easy access to historical sites and local shops. a short walk led to the castle and park. the neighborhood felt safe with plenty of street lighting and pedestrian walkways.

garden view fluffy towels heating control door noise stained carpet hotel age
harts has a lovely garden view. i found amazing water pressure in the bathrooms and large fluffy towels. the individual controlled heating was good, but there weren't no air con. it was a pleasant stay in general.
the noise from doors was annoying. the hotel really is showing its age, i think. the doors make a heck of a noise when they close. also, i find very badly stained carpets in the room, a bit of a let down.
