fantastic stay!

secure parking building access modern room superb location

The location was superb. I easily walked to nearby attractions. the room was impeccably clean and modern. i liked the secure car parking. ease of access to the building added convenience to my stay.

the elevator made a slight noise, but it didn't bother me much

faulty radiator tight space

the bathroom radiator did not function . staff offered another room, but a move was not desirable. the space between the bed and the wall was tight. i had to maneuver awkwardly to access the bathroom. a smaller headboard would improve accessibility.

thin walls disruptive noise

the room temperature was difficult to regulate. the provided fan did little to alleviate the stuffiness. the noise from adjacent rooms was also noticeable. thin walls are not ideal, i could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances throughout the night. the lack of soundproofing impacted my sleep quality. i found this quite disruptive.

tea coffee marked doors uncomfortable pillows

the room had tea, coffee, and milk. it was adequate.

the room required improvements. doors had marks and walls needed painting. i also found the pillows to be very uncomfortable.

Really good Stay , An Unexpected Upgrade

clean room complimentary upgrade efficient check-in

The room had everything I could want and was impeccably clean. I received a complimentary upgrade. The self check-in process was efficient, and instructions were sent promptly.

The Polo Club kitchenette apartment was great, and the nearby Black Horse pub is worth a visit. The Grade II listed building has an amazing interior, along with the most amazing beer.

The location is ideal , near the city center. The hotel is next to Winckley Square, lovely , and only a five-minute walk to the high street.

I tried to ring the helpline , but it went to a recorded message. Luckily , a lady rang us back to ask if we had called earlier. She sorted out our early check-in and let us park outside.
