my initial room had problems. it was not properly cleaned. i saw makeup stains on the floor. also, the towel rail was quite rusty. a different room was better. this room still had some cleanliness issues. the hoovering was not thorough.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The parking area had ample space, a real benefit with cars. I found entertainment provided a good vibe. The breakfast was fantastic, staff encouraged us to ask for more food if needed.

The room provided a very modern and clean environment. I appreciated the staff's really good service and the warm atmosphere. Reception swiftly accommodated my request for two single beds instead of the double I mistakenly booked. The room was changed with no issues. Breakfast offered great value and quality.

the room was very clean and modern. the staff were amazing. there was a lovely atmosphere at the hotel. breakfast was hot and tasty too.
the door to the room was very difficult to open. it stuck in the frame and it was very hard to push open. there was nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom. there was no shelf and there was almost no room on the small sink to put anything.
